Marina Village: A New Seaside Town in Baku Combining Yachting Culture and Sea Luxury

Sea Breeze kurort şəhərciyinin inkişaf strategiyasının ən yeni və maraqlı mərhələlərindən biri olan Marina Village layihəsi Bakının daşınmaz əmlak bazarında tamamilə fərqli bir konsepsiya təqdim edir. The "Little Venice" Concept in Baku

The main architectural solution that distinguishes the Marina Village project is the artificial water canals built around and between the buildings. Thanks to this approach, the project is not just composed of sea-view homes but also allows residents to experience the atmosphere of the famous Italian city of Venice. The movement of gondolas in the canals passing between the buildings and the waterfront promenades bring a special tranquility to the area. Unlike high-rise skyscrapers, the low-rise nature of the buildings (4-6 floors) and their close proximity contribute to the formation of a more intimate and comfortable neighborhood environment.


Maritime Transport and Yacht Port

As the name suggests, the maritime transport infrastructure is at the heart of Marina Village. This is one of the rare projects designed for sea enthusiasts and yacht owners. A special port (marina) capable of accommodating more than 60 sea vessels operates within the complex. This infrastructure allows residents the opportunity to moor their yachts or motorboats directly near their homes. To maintain ecological balance, thousands of imported trees and decorative plants have been planted in the area, which, combined with the sea air, creates a healthy microclimate.
