The Vision Behind Marina Village
The core vision behind this project is not merely to sell apartments, but to cultivate a new culture of seaside living. With a completion timeline spanning from late 2024 to early 2026, our goal is to create an exemplary living environment for future generations—one that seamlessly blends European aesthetics with Azerbaijani hospitality and seaside comfort.
A "Little Venice" Town
The defining feature that sets Marina Village apart is its harmony with water. The project evokes the charm of a "Little Venice" created on the Caspian coast. Water canals winding around the buildings, a harbor designed for private yachts, and over-water promenades offer residents the atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort town. Residents can step out of their homes directly to the water's edge, take a gondola ride, or simply relax while listening to the soothing sound of the water. This concept beautifully demonstrates the fusion of urbanization with nature.
Our Premium Seaside Residential Complex
Marina Village encompasses a vast area of 5.6 hectares along the Caspian coastline. Stepping away from the density of skyscrapers, this premium complex consists of seven low-rise buildings (4–6 floors), offering a sense of openness and tranquility.
