The restoration and reconstruction works carried out in Fuzuli, a strategically significant center located in the foothills of Karabakh, are among the most prominent examples of the "Great Return." The city's Master Plan has been developed based on the "Smart City" concept, green energy principles, and modern urban planning standards.

The structure of the project shows that every detail has been designed for the comfort of residents, ecology, and social activity.
Hotel building
To maintain order within the city, an above-ground parking area with 66 spaces is planned, which allows inner-quarter roads to remain safer and more spacious for pedestrians.
Playground
The key feature distinguishing this project is the importance given to green zones and leisure time. The greenery zone, covering an area of 48 035.42 m² , will ensure the city "breathes."
Street view
The project serves to adapt urban life to modern standards and establish a solid foundation for future development. In the coming years, Fuzuli city will become one of the most dynamically developing residential destinations in the Karabakh region.
