The design reflects traces of the historical construction culture of the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions. The main reasons for using forms and details belonging to the architectural heritage of the region—such as cornices and various small decorative elements as well as local materials, are their material and spiritual durability and the preservation of national architectural identity.
