ARCHITECTURE
The development project implemented in Qılınclı village, located on the banks of the Tartar River in the Kalbajar district, stands out with the region’s natural beauty, strategic location, and modern planning principles. The architectural composition adopted during the village’s design process reflects the style of the historical construction culture of the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur regions.

Club–community center
During the design process, priority was given to traditional architecture, forms, and elements derived from the characteristics of natural local materials.

Multi-storey residential building
The multi-storey residential complexes will include 496 apartments, along with 233 houses intended for individual living.

Sports and wellness center
In the design work, the forms and details characteristic of the region’s architectural heritage were applied—cornices and elements made from local materials. The main purpose behind using these materials is to ensure durability, preserve both material and spiritual values, and maintain the national architectural style. This project aims to adapt village life to modern standards and establish a solid foundation for future development. In the coming years, Qılınclı village is expected to become one of the most dynamically developing residential areas of the Kalbajar district
