In Nadirkhanly village, located on the banks of the Tartar River in the Kalbajar district, a development project is being implemented, carefully planned to meet both current needs and future expansion. Once the initial phase of the village is completed, development in other areas can continue.

Club and community center
The architectural composition developed during the design process is inspired by the historical construction culture of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur, as well as the unique characteristics of local natural materials, and is based on traditional architectural forms and elements.
Multi-storey residential building
The multi-storey residential building will host 164 apartments, while the individual houses will offer 118 apartments for new residents.
Medical center
The project incorporates forms and details characteristic of the region’s architectural heritage, including cornices and local materials. The main aim is to preserve the material and moral longevity of the buildings while maintaining the national style. Nadirkhanly village is expected to become one of the most modern and dynamically developing residential areas in the Kalbajar district in a short time.
